2021 Virtual Conference Agenda

The theme for the Charitable Recycling 2021 Virtual Conference is Impact & Influence.

The agenda features all the key issues, challenges and opportunities for the year ahead – to deliver impact and influence for members.

With two keynotes and seven ‘Lunch & Learn’ sessions running over three weeks in October, it’s easy to schedule.

The ‘Lunch & Learn’ timings from 1pm to 2pm ADST make it even easier to allocate your time – while you’re having lunch.

Once again, only the very best speakers and panelists have been invited to share their insights.

It’s a power-packed, thought-provoking agenda designed to spark strategic and innovative thinking for 2022.

The ‘All Staff’ tickets mean members can engage their entire teams either live or with the session recordings.

The ‘All Staff’ tickets are available for members at $328 per session, or discounted at $2,210 for all sessions.

The ‘Individual All Sessions’ ticket gives leaders access to all sessions at a discounted rate. Alternatively, single sessions can be purchased individually.

Mandy Scotney – Conference MC & Director, Third Collective

I am thrilled to once again be joining you at your 2021 Charitable Recycling of Australia Conference as your MC. I can’t wait to connect with this wonderful community once again. Last year’s conference had an enormous impact on me. Each session as we joined together to hear from industry, government, and partners about the great work and initiatives being done in this community I found myself more and more inspired by the incredible work you are doing. And I know 2021 will be more of the same! This year’s theme is “Impact and Influence” and I can’t help but think of the beautiful quote by Jane Goodall,

“You cannot get through a single day without having an impact on the world around you. What you do makes a difference, and you have to decide what kind of difference you want to make.”
– Jane Goodall.

Thank you to each of you for the positive difference you are making every day to advance the circular economy and champion a more equitable and sustainable Australia.

When I’m not MC’ing you can find me at Third Collective, a boutique provider of Employee Assistance Services supporting wellbeing and mental wellness. Once again COVID-19 is challenging us all. No matter where you are in Australia, no matter if you are one of the millions locked down right now or not, our lives have all been impacted by border closures, restrictions, and challenges. So I’m sharing a few articles with you that may help. You can read about the protective qualities of hope and how to harness it, managing stress, and the power of gratitude. And of course, if you’d like to find out a little more about the work I do at Third Collective please reach out – let me know you are from Charitable Recycling of Australia when you get in touch.

See you in October!

Mandy Scotney
